It's not often that you see a school of dolphins on the way back from a show...but then it's not often you get the chance to perform on the beautiful, sub-tropical Isles of Scilly.

The show on St Mary's was the penultimate performance of our spring tour with THE LION TAMER, which has visited Wales and Dorset, as well as several Cornish venues during the last few weeks.

We had a great time on St Mary's, and it was well worth the visit for the boat trip alone, during which the dolphins joined us for a glorious, 10-minute display of synchronised 'aquabatics'.

Several of the shows on this tour were organised by Young Promoters' schemes, whereby schoolchildren or youth groups are given the responsibility to book, organise and publicise a live theatre performance for their community. They were all really good fun and very successful so 'thank you' to all those Young Promoters at Adamsdown, Derwendeg and Bryn Bach primary schools; to the Cheeky Dragons at Coed Community Centre; and also to the pupils at Cape Cornwall School - you all did a wonderful job.

THE LION TAMER will be on tour once again in the autumn and in the spring of 2012. Book now to avoid disappointment..!

We have also been busy during the last few weeks planning a new outdoor summer show for 2012, with a working title of THE CIRCUS GIRL. We are looking for 10 co-comissioners to help fund the project, and have applied also to the Arts Council and FEAST of Corwall for extra funding. Please let us know if you are interested in becoming a co-commissioner, we only have a few places left.

But before that we have another busy summer ahead of us - touring both CLIFFHANGER! and THE STATION - with performances confirmed at street festivals in Romania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Portugal, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Israel.

Closer to home, we are also performing in Devizes, Barton upon Humber, at BoomFest in Weston super Mare, and at the National Theatre's Watch This Space on the Southbank, as well as a series of shows at the Budock Vean Hotel in Cornwall.

We do still have a few dates available, so please visit our website for a full schedule, and contact us as soon as possible if you would like to book any of our shows.
